The Dade City Hospice Care Center is a 16-suite, free-standing Care Center  located on a lush ten-acre campus. Connected by walkways, one can easily walk to the Hospice House or team office. Rocking chairs and colorful plants welcome visitors year round.

Like all HPH Care Centers, our Dade City facility is staffed round the clock by extraordinary hospice clinicians who take a professional but superbly caring approach to patients and family members. This Hospice Care Center has four pods each of which have close proximity to a nurse’s station. Suites are beautifully furnished and have pleasing views of an expansive lawn and trees. The kitchen is a hub of activity as hospice cooks and volunteers are always preparing meals or baking cookies. Family and visitors can enjoy the homemade specialties in the adjacent dining room or in the patient’s suite. While the latter have sofa beds and recliners for those who wish to spend the night, the Care Center has many other cozy spots. Relax in an oversized chair or sofa in one of the common areas or enjoy the sounds of nature on the back verandah. Children can find plenty to do in a play room where there are games, books and movies.
