The Dade City Hospice House was the first building on this 10 acre piece of property that’s owned by HPH Hospice (HPH). The House, our agency’s third, opened in 2000 and has eight patient suites like our others. It’s identical in architecture and design to our Hospice House in Spring Hill. The wrap around porch with green rocking chairs provides patients and visitors with a nice place to have a conversation, enjoy the sounds of nature or gaze at the butterfly garden. There’s also a screened lanai.

This House, like all others that are operated by HPH, has a family atmosphere with a small dining area adjacent to the kitchen where volunteers prepare everything from turkey dinners to homemade pies. Puzzles are always being made.
