Referrals are received by HPH Hospice Customer Service Staff 8am-8pm seven days a week.

However, you can still call in referrals anytime of the day or night and speak to a HPH Hospice nurse at 1-866-940-0962.

At HPH Hospice, phones are answered 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
